A Comparative Study for the Degree of Recognition in the Breast Feeding and Bottle Feeding Between College Men and Women Students

Abstract
|
|
|
The study was performed on 286 cases of the callege men and women students in Taejeon in order to research the degree of recognition about the breast feeding and the bottle feeding from 23th to 28th on september in 1989. The results of this survey were as follows
1. Both of groups were positive of the breast feeding and among the items, feelings of
mental bones and emotional satisfaction while the feeding and excellency of breast feeding and immunity of colostrum were very positive.
2. At the degree of recognition about the breast feeding, men students were more positive than women students and it was satistically significant.(T=2.87, p<.01)
3. Both of the groups were negative of the bottle feeding and among the items, "for vocation " was most positive.
4. At the degree of recognition about the bottle feeding men students were more negatinve than women students and it was satistically significant.(T=-4.81, p<.001)
